Will joined Resurgens in 2017 as an Associate. Prior to Resurgens, Will was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology & Services Group of Raymond James. Will worked on a variety of M&A transactions with enterprise software and services clients, and was actively engaged with several technology private equity sponsors on many of his assignments at the firm.
