Doug Guess

Doug joined Resurgens in 2024 as an Operating Partner, Finance and focuses primarily on the finance, accounting and reporting for the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Resurgens, he was a Finance Director at The Riverside Company working with lower-middle-market businesses in the private equity firm’s micro-cap fund. Prior to his time as an operating professional in private equity, Doug led finance, accounting and operations for multiple software and tech-enabled venture and PE-backed companies for more than 20 years. He began his career as a certified public accountant with Price Waterhouse.
