Dave graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Applied Math and Economics. He subsequently received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.
Based in Atlanta, Dave joined RTP in 2025. He is a four-time CEO, having recently run Lakeside Software, a digital employee experience software provider. Previously, he served as the COO at Tricentis, and led its growth from $65 million to over $200 million in three years. Previously, Dave was the CEO of QASymphony for four years until they merged with Tricentis in 2018. Dave has previously served as CEO of Digistrive (acquired by Enterprise Holdings), CEO of Integrated Broadband Services (acquired by Momentum Telecomm) and was the Chief Strategy Officer and later SVP and GM at ChoicePoint (acquired by Lexis Nexis in 2008 for $4B) where he ran one of the five operating divisions. Earlier in his career, he spent five years as a Managing Director at the Investment Bank Robinson Humphrey, now Truist, and was a management consultant with Bain and Company.
