Adi is a co-founder of Resurgens and brings over a decade of technology-focused investment and advisory experience to the firm. Before founding Resurgens, Adi most recently teamed up with Fred Sturgis to spearhead Accel-KKR's small buyout effort, where they led several investments for the firm.

Prior to Accel-KKR, Adi was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Co. in the private equity group where he led due diligence initiatives and drove post-investment strategic initiatives for various investment firms including New Mountain Capital, GTCR and Warburg Pincus. Adi was also a leader in Bain's advanced analytics group focused on the development of "data as an asset" initiatives, particularly as they apply to the financial services industry and customer acquisition/retention efforts. Prior to Bain & Co., Adi was an Associate in the growth equity practice of H.I.G. Capital, where he worked with Fred on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities.
