Clay joined Resurgens in 2021 as an associate. Prior to joining the Resurgens team, Clay completed internships with 424 Capital and Search Fund Accelerator, both lower-middle market private equity firms. While at 424 Capital, he worked on the deal team focusing his efforts on sourcing and market research within the Healthcare, Tech-Enabled Services, and Clean Energy segments.
