Lizzy joined Resurgens in 2022 as the VP of Talent and focuses primarily on organization, leadership, and talent development for the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Resurgens, Lizzy spent seven years with Russell Reynolds Associates in the Global Growth Tech practice, leading over 200 searches and leadership advisory projects across industries with a significant focus on Private Equity clients. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Lizzy was a consultant with Huron Consulting Group’s Healthcare practice.
