Edward graduated with honors from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. He subsequently received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
As a member of the portfolio operations team, Edward works with Resurgens’ portfolio companies to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Edward has a wide range of both operational and transactional experience in enterprise software.
Before joining Resurgens, Edward spent four years working in a variety of roles at Raptor Technologies, a growth-stage, private equity-backed enterprise software company. At Raptor, Edward held various roles in strategy, finance, marketing, and sales, including leading Raptor’s inside sales and lead generation organizations.
Prior to Raptor, Edward was an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology Group at Stephens Inc. where he executed both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and capital raises.
Building a great software company is hard – there’s no silver bullet. I’m lucky that I get to spend my days helping our portfolio companies along this journey, leveraging my own lessons learned scaling a PE-backed SaaS business and sharing best practices that we see working in our other companies.
