Kelly Hays

As a member of the portfolio operations team, Kelly works with Resurgens’ portfolio companies to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Kelly has a wide range of both operational and transactional experience in growth and transformation-stage private-equity backed businesses.

Before joining Resurgens, Kelly spent six years working in a variety of leadership roles in sales, marketing, international business development, and operations at Riverside Insights, an education company backed by Alpine Investors. Prior to Riverside, Kelly served as Chief of Staff for Securly and Gather Technologies, both growth-stage enterprise software organizations, where she led various functions and teams including finance, operations, strategy, people, and corporate development. During her time at Gather, Kelly was part of the Vista Equity Partners operating executives’ program and helped evolve the implementation of Vista’s best practices for growth-stage companies.

Kelly started her career at Bain and Company in New York, where she was a management consultant focused on private equity due diligence, go-to-market transformations, and growth strategy.
