Kristen graduated Cum Laude from Wake Forest University. She was a member of the women’s varsity field hockey team.
Prior to joining RTP in 2024, Kristen worked in non-profit fundraising and spent over 15 years in the education sector where she operated a private tutoring company focused on building and improving literacy skills in elementary-aged students. Before launching her small business, Kristen was a Vice President at Bank of America, leading change management projects for the Corporate Affairs team and the Technology & Operations group.
