As a member of the portfolio operations team, Edward works with Resurgens' portfolio companies to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Edward has a wide range of both operational and transactional experience in enterprise software.

Before joining Resurgens, Edward spent four years working in a variety of roles at Raptor Technologies, a growth-stage, private equity-backed enterprise software company. At Raptor, Edward held various roles in strategy, finance, marketing, and sales, including leading Raptor's inside sales and lead generation organizations.

Prior to Raptor, Edward was an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology Group at Stephens Inc. where he executed both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and capital raises.
