Mark graduated from University of Virginia with a B.A. degree in History and Foreign Affairs. He subsequently received an M.B.A. from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
Mark joined Resurgens in 2023 as an Executive-in-Residence and brings a proven track record accelerating growth and leading operational efficiency in software and technology companies.
Mark brings 20+ years of experience building and driving the financial and operational infrastructure to support rapid growth in investor-backed and publicly traded technology companies. During his tenure as CFO at Grayshift, a private-equity backed leader in digital forensics technology acquired by Thoma Bravo in 2022, Mark was named 2023 CFO of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Mark previously served as CFO of cybersecurity company Endgame through its acquisition by Elastic and earlier in his career held various financial positions at Suniva, Servigistics, IBM and Internet Security Systems.
